Otto was one of the "Founding Fathers of NASCAR who, along with Bill France Sr. and others helped create the NASCAR sanctioning body.
Otto was also a long-time promoter of some 40 different tracks including Old Bridge Speedway in Old Bridge NJ.(1956-57)
Otto passed away on January 29 1996. |
